The staff, nurses, aides, therapists, and other employees, treated my mom and other residents well; I observed. And if I wasn't pleased with something they addressed it. My mama loved the people there and so did I. The aides encouraged her to participate in activities. However, I do think the building needs renovating and new equipment.

Does not have enough staff to give the residents the proper care they need. I have a list of how many times I have sat in my own poop for over an hour. How many times I didn't get clean sheets when needed. Put a dry sheet or pad on top of the wet one.
Glenwood Health and Rehab is clean and my mom is well taken care of there. The staff is friendly, polite, and does their job well. They have activities for the residents, music, and they also take them out on day trips. From what I seen the facility is nice and kept up. The staff and residents all enjoy activities.
